Questions

Good to know.

A few of the questions clients ask most. Have one that isn't here? Reach out anytime — there's no such thing as a silly question.

Yes — therapy can be beneficial for anyone. It's an opportunity to learn new tools and create meaningful change. It does require commitment and a willingness to challenge old habits. Building a strong therapeutic relationship takes effort from both of us, and it's okay if that trust takes a few sessions to establish.

Every prospective client is offered a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit — 30 minutes if you're considering a therapy intensive. We'll talk about why you're seeking therapy, your goals, and what you're looking for in a therapist. I'll walk you through my approach and what to expect, so you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

Regular sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Therapy intensives are longer — ranging from 90 minutes to three hours — for when more time allows us to go deeper. We'll decide the best length together based on your goals.

Individual sessions are $200 per 60-minute session. Therapy intensives are priced by length: a 90-minute intake session (before your intensive) is $300, a 2-hour intensive is $450, and a 3-hour intensive is $700, plus a $200 one-hour follow-up 1–2 weeks afterward. Pricing for 4 hours or more is available upon request. I'm a private-pay provider and not in-network with insurance, which lets me offer a more personalized, flexible experience. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Major cards, HSA, and FSA are accepted.

Yes — all sessions are held online via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. I'm licensed in both Florida and Colorado, so you can attend from anywhere in either state.

No, I don't prescribe medication. If we determine medication might help manage overwhelming symptoms, I can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for evaluation and management. Together, we'll explore what supports your well-being best.

Adults (18+) who are ready to go beyond traditional talk therapy and engage in deeper, transformative work — especially if you've had limited progress before and are open to EMDR and IFS. If substance use is your primary concern, or you're currently in crisis and need a higher level of care, I'll help point you to the right support.

Your healing can start here.
